Experience Overview:

Brent Lemon brings 25 years of transportation expertise to each project.  Mr. Lemon has served as Staff Engineer, Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Geometric Reviewer, Design Manager and Capital Delivery Manager while delivering projects statewide.  He has managed large freeway and interchange projects and corridor studies during his tenure at Caltrans and with Quincy Engineering.  He has led numerous design teams in the development of Project Study Reports, Project Reports, and PS&Es.  While at Caltrans he managed the I-80 corridor rehabilitation projects, which included evaluation of existing interchange geometrics and recommended improvements.  He also managed the Tahoe Basin water quality improvement program, which involved extensive interagency coordination and implementation of context sensitive solutions.
