Quincy History

From the moment the firm was started in 1992, the managing Principals knew that this small business had a lot to offer.  Working its way up in the ranks as a respected, reputable bridge engineering design firm, Quincy Engineering, Inc. continued in its quest to provide services to a larger and more varied clientele.

Gaining momentum by establishing its expertise in Highway Bridge Replacement and Repair (HBRR, now HBP) program projects, the firm began providing a full range of services as the Prime Consultant for various clients around California.  Recognizing the opportunity to work with Oregon DOT in delivering their bridge program, the firm expanded in 2004 with the office in Salem, Oregon. 

Increasing business opportunities led to steady growth of the company over time and  expansion of the firm’s scope of services to include roadway/highway design, construction management, program management and surveying.  Each working group within the company is staffed with knowledgeable, experienced Senior Engineers.  Our team also includes many up and coming engineers who are making a mark on the infrastructure work in which Quincy Engineering, Inc. specializes.
