Company ProfileQuincy Engineering Inc. is a multidisciplinary consulting firm specializing in transportation and bridge design, and construction management. We provide consulting services to a wide variety of clients that include cities and counties, Caltrans, ODOT, regional transportation councils, associations and agencies, and private developers.
Our staff consists of nearly 50 people, including over 30 engineers registered in the States of California, Nevada, and Oregon. All of our senior staff have more than 15 years of experience, and many are former Caltrans highway or bridge engineers with extensive knowledge and experience with Caltrans, FHWA, and local agency policies, procedures and practices. Quincy Engineering Inc. is dedicated to providing clients with additional resources they can depend on to meet the demands of their projects. We pride ourselves on providing the personal attention required to ensure the success of each and every project. With their technical training and capabilities, our staff has the ability to provide comprehensive solutions to problems that will address the specific needs of each of our clients.

We provide services from the early planning phase of a project through the completion of construction. Our staff has completed Feasibility Studies, Project Study Reports (PSR), preliminary design (including the environmental document), and final plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E). We have also provided construction management services including resident engineers, bridge representatives, and field inspectors to numerous clients throughout the State.
