Quincy Engineering is a great place to work! Aw, sure you hear that about every other firm. But, it’s true. Quincy has spent the past 24 years forming great client relationships by delivering top quality projects; and these quality projects are developed by our very good (and happy) staff!
Our diversification of services (Roadway/Highway, Bridge, Water/Wastewater, Environmental, Construction Management/Inspection, and Survey) allows us to present our staff with a myriad of project types to work on: from a simple ADA sidewalk compliance project to a complex major arterial roadway or interchange project; to bridge projects ranging from small trail bridges to spectacular multi-span signature bridges; to engineering a Wastewater Treatment plant (in Anchorage, Alaska; wherein Quincy staff provided engineering and construction support for a replacement headworks).
We offer you the opportunity to work side-by-side with the best and most well respected people in the industry. You’ll have a hands-on work environment to be part of a team that has won many awards for their innovative technical solutions! Together, we will continue to exceed our client’s expectations for premier quality products and exceptional customer service.
But, all work and no play is no fun! We look to create events that include our families as well as in-house activities. Our annual Wing-Off and a Rib-Off is a family event (everyone brings in their best wings and ribs and we BBQ – then vote for the best and award prizes!). We have a weekly solve the puzzle contest; an annual family Camp-Out and Company Picnic (at some of the coolest parks in Northern CA!); there’s Beard-Month (hysterical!!) and Bike Month (Quincy highly supports our bicycling community); Golf Sponsorships; Ice-Cream Socials; Birthday Month Cake; and the ever important March Madness NCAA contest.
Yeah, we have fun together; a lot of it.
So, bottom line: we work on great projects together, we have great fun together, and we love working at Quincy Engineering! Join us!
