Transportation Projects

This project consists of widening twelve miles of Mountain View Avenue/Avenue 416/El Monte Way from Bethel Avenue in Fresno County through the City of Dinuba in Tulare County. This $80 million project will be constructed in three phases and will widen the existing two-lane roadway to a four-lane expressway. A new bridge will also be required across the Kings River. Design considerations include minimizing impacts to public parks, businesses and other properties, utilities, and the Kings River. Quincy Engineering Inc. is currently preparing the Project Approval and Enviromental Document for this project, which encompasses regions in Fresno County, Tulare County, and the City of Dinuba.
