Quincy Engineering Inc. provided contract administration and construction inspection services for the replacement of two structurally defecient bridges. The two new bridges are multi-span concrete slab structures supported on pier walls. Traffic was conveyed through the project site on a temporary low-water crossing detour during contruction, realignment, and improvement of approximately one-half mile of existing roadway of this $2.2 million project.
