About our Staff

Quincy Engineering Inc. promotes an open work environment which fosters teamwork and a friendly atmosphere that enhances our ability to meet our client's needs. Our management is open and accessible to our staff, which we believe, enables us to remain in touch with our employees needs.

To cultivate a balanced work environment, we take time to celebrate a variety of events that allow us to provide some balance to our work lives. From an annual summer picnic, to a holiday season party, to impromptu potlucks, we gather to share a laugh, often at the expense of each other. We provide tickets to Sacramento River Cats and Portland Beaver baseball games, as well as occasional outings to other professional sporting events. Other occasions include a celebration of an engineer passing their P.E. registration exam, the birth of a "new engineer", monthly birthday celebrations, and a trip to a local restaurant to celebrate the completion of a project milestone. The entire office has even gone bowling to celebrate a promotion of some of our staff. Finally, a couple times a year, we close the office for the afternoon, have a barbeque, and engage in our most cherished and unique activity, office golf. Putting around the office through a myriad of obstacles requires a creative mind, the use of a shared putter, and low expectations.

Our offices include a child's room complete with videos, games and other childish distractions (oy, who writes this stuff!) for the occasion when you want or need to bring your children to the office. A fridge full of sodas, a pot full of coffee, and candy and other munchies round out the list of items designed to keep the water cooler talk going.
