WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY

"Although small by appearance, [the Bridge Street Bridge Rehabilitation] was a difficult project with plenty of challenges. The design and constructability of the project was complex and Quincy Engineering did an excellent job in providing a high quality PS&E package within budget and on an accelerated timeline. To add to the complexities, Advanced Construction was necessary to meet several project and environmental permitting objectives, and Quincy Engineering’s understanding of and relationships with Caltrans Local Assistance was instrumental in securing that authorization. Quincy Engineering’s exceptional performance continued through construction by providing collaborative and responsive direction in very rapid and unpredictable conditions.”

Jill McPeek, Capital Improvement Project Manager, City of Arroyo Grande

"Quincy Engineering has shown our agency that it has the expertise, desire and commitment to plan, design and deliver transportation projects in a cost effective and well communicated manner. Any agency would be well-served to include Quincy as part of their transportation infrastructure planning and construction.”

Andy Newsum, Butte County Association of Governments

"As I am sure you’re well aware, selecting a consulting firm from multiple qualified candidates can be difficult. There are typically several engineering teams capable of providing technically sound designs and bid packages. What sets apart the best firms are the immeasurable qualities. Traits like responsiveness, proactive and anticipatory project management, flexibility, and good professional relationships with agency staff. This Quincy Engineering team has all of these traits, resulting in projects that have progressed remarkably smoothly despite the complexities and difficulties inherent in federally-funded bridge replacement projects.”

Ryan Hayes, Deputy Public Works Director,
City of Atascadero

"My philosophy on consultants is they need to be your partner on a project; bringing to bear knowledge and expertise that your agency doesn’t possess, and Quincy has expertly performed that role in their projects with us. Their understanding of all the processes and requirements of Federal funding, along with their experience with Caltrans, has helped us complete our projects on-time and within budget. They are a great partner for us.”

Scott De Leon, Director,
Lake County Department of Public Works
