It all began in 1992, when John and Judy Quincy decided to

re-engineer the concept of traditional engineering firms. Quincy Engineering was born out of a strong desire to do the right thing for clients, and design the highest quality, safest bridges and roads. Fast forward 27 years, and we've expanded our services, continue to do the right thing, and have designed and delivered hundreds of projects throughout California, Oregon and Nevada.

We love what we do. There's no doubt about it. That's why it's our mission to deliver the most comprehensive, quality solutions for our clients. We're here to solve your problems. Our proactive, talented team of experienced engineers, surveyors, drafters, inspectors and support staff focuses on your needs. We believe in fostering relationships to truly understand your goals – we’re here to develop your vision and deliver your project.

"Quincy Engineering has shown our agency that it has the expertise, desire and commitment to plan, design and deliver transportation projects in a cost effective and well communicated manner. Any agency would be well-served to include Quincy as part of their transportation infrastructure planning and construction."

Andy Newsum, Butte County Association of Governments

"Quincy Engineering performed at a professional level during all phases of the Manning Avenue Bridge replacement project. Their expertise and hands-on approach provided a comfort level to the City of Reedley that the investment made into the bridge replacement project was done at the highest levels of design and construction practice. Quincy Engineering delivered a structure that has greatly enhanced the main entry way into the City."

John Robertson, PE, City of Reedley

"Thank you for always staying ahead of the programming priorities. It helps our agencies and me out immensely."
