Mike has extensive experience in construction management, inspection, and contract administration for both structures and roadway projects. He has provided contract administration and documentation in accordance with Caltrans and Federal requirements. He has significant project management and construction engineering experience, and extensive written and oral communication skills. Mike is also an experienced construction inspector for various transportation projects that were constructed to meet Caltrans standards.
