National Infrastructure Week (May14-21)

May 14, 2018

infra-struc-ture

(noun) the basic physical and organizational structures and facilities (e.g., buildings, roads, and power supplies) needed for the operation of a society or enterprise.

Today marks the beginning of National Infrastructure Week, which aims to bring the issues of maintaining and improving the infrastructure in our communities to the forefront. At Quincy, infrastructure is the foundation of our business, why we get up and come to work, and why we love what we do.

Whether it’s designing miles of roadway or water pipeline, building bridges to replace structurally deficient ones, or fixing storm-damaged roads and designing retaining walls to ensure a safe route for residents to travel, our team stands behind every project we work on.

So to everyone who’s working tirelessly to bring these infrastructure projects to fruition, we salute you. Cities, counties, government agencies, contractors, surveyors and fellow engineers – we’re all in this together.

Let’s build.
