Dace Morgan
to the Team

Quincy Engineering is pleased to announce that Dace Morgan has rejoined our team as a Senior Bridge Engineer.
As a former engineer with Quincy Engineering , Dace is bringing her bridge expertise from California, up north to our structural team in Salem, Oregon.
With over 25 years of experience on transportation projects in both design and construction, she brings to the team a strong background in project management; as well as a wealth of experience in bridge and transportation design, and her involvement working with citizen groups, Boards and Commissions, and regulatory agencies.
Her previous experience includes serving as a Deputy Director of Transportation for the County of Santa Barbara where she oversaw a $35 multi-million budget and a diverse team of 140 engineers, technicians, inspectors, maintenance workers, and administrative staff.
In addition to her experience with the County of Santa Barbara, Dace also served as the President for the American Public Works Association’s California Central Coast Chapter from January 2018 to August 2019.
Dace received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis and her Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
