Quincy Engineering is pleased to introduce to you our new Survey Manager, Seth Irish!

As a professional land surveyor with over 30 years of experience, Seth brings to the team an extensive background in land development preparation, map and planning document preparation, Caltrans design standards, CEQA Analysis and NEPA Compliance, construction field experience, hydrology studies and storm drainage, as well as experience with a wide range of field surveying equipment.

In addition, Seth has previous experience providing services as Acting City Surveyor for various Cities throughout the Bay Area.
